Dr. Irina Sanjeevan-Cabeza is an Emergency Medicine Attending Physician at Maimonides Medical Center. She was raised in Barcelona and is fluent in English, Spanish, and Catalan. She trained in Emergency Medicine at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and completed Ultrasound Fellowship at Maimonides Medical Center. She is passionate about advanced techniques such as Emergency Department based trans-esophageal echocardiography and serves as core faculty in the Ultrasound Division.
