Dr. Amish Aghera is the Director of the Center for Clinical Simulation and Safety as well as the Simulation Fellowship at Maimonides. His interests include leveraging experiential learning modalities to improve patient safety through skills training and systems integration. He is passionate about fostering clinical environments that emphasize teamwork, just culture, and high quality reliable healthcare
